On my way home from work today I pulled up next to a Portland police officer at a red light when I noticed something strange. He was on his freaking cell phone! Maybe he didn't get the memo about the
new law that went into effect on Jan.1st. I almost got a picture, but he bugged out and put his phone down. Lame. I did however issue him an official citation for $90 worth of bad karma.

I see people on the cell phone all the freaking time. So I flick them off.
i think the new law allows for the use of cell phones for business reasons, which to me is a huge gray area to get out of tickets.
